Complete Façade Refurbishment

This project involved a complete refurbishment of the front elevation of a residential property in Plymouth, transforming its appearance while improving long-term weather protection and durability. The works were carefully planned and carried out using high-quality materials to give the property a fresh, modern finish.

The project began with the erection of full access scaffolding to safely complete all works to the front of the property. The existing rendered finish, including the decorative window mouldings, was carefully removed before preparation for the new external finishes.

We installed brand-new fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes to renew the roofline and improve rainwater management. New decorative mouldings were fitted around each window to retain the property's character while providing a crisp, clean finish.

The front elevation was also upgraded with new windows and a replacement front door, improving both the appearance and energy efficiency of the home. Finally, the entire façade was professionally rendered before being finished with two coats of high-quality Sandtex masonry paint, creating a durable, weather-resistant exterior with an attractive contemporary look.

All waste materials generated during the project were removed from site, leaving the property clean and ready to enjoy. The completed refurbishment has dramatically enhanced the property's kerb appeal while providing a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish for years to come.
