Two Storey Front, Side & Rear Extension

This project involved the complete renovation and extension of an existing property to create a much larger, modern family home. The works included a two-storey front extension, two-storey side extension, two-storey rear extension and a single-storey rear extension, significantly increasing both living space and functionality.

 

Internally, the property was fully reconfigured to create a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed around modern family living. We worked alongside Howdens Kitchens to deliver a practical and stylish space with improved flow throughout the home.

Externally, a raised decking area was installed to provide a seamless connection between the house and garden, creating the perfect space for entertaining and outdoor living.

The finished result has completely transformed the property, adding valuable living space, improving kerb appeal and creating a home that meets the client's needs both now and for the future.
