Loft Conversion & Reconfiguration

This loft conversion project involved transforming an unused roof space into a comfortable and functional new living area. The works included the construction of a new dormer roof, structural alterations to support the new layout, and upgrades to the roof structure to accommodate the additional accommodation.

The newly created space was designed to provide a spacious bedroom, a contemporary bathroom and bespoke fitted wardrobes, carefully positioned to maximise storage and make the best use of the available floor area. New insulation, plumbing and electrical installations were incorporated as part of the build, ensuring the loft space met modern standards for comfort and performance.
