Porch Replacement

This project involved the demolition of an existing front porch and the construction of a new timber frame entrance extension, designed and built in accordance with structural engineer specifications. The works included new piled foundations, blockwork to DPC level and a fully insulated timber frame structure to create a durable and energy-efficient addition to the property.

As part of the project, the front elevation was rendered and decorated to provide a clean, modern finish that blends seamlessly with the existing home. Existing doors and windows were carefully retained and reinstated, while the front steps were reconfigured to improve access and appearance.

Additional external improvement works included the replacement of fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes. The completed porch provides a welcoming entrance and a high-quality finish that complements the overall appearance of the property.
