This commercial refurbishment project involved the complete strip out and white boxing of several vacant retail units, preparing each space for new tenants and future shop fit-outs. The works were carried out efficiently to provide clean, safe and versatile premises ready for occupation.

Our team removed all existing fixtures, fittings, partitions and redundant services before making good walls, ceilings and floors throughout each unit. Once the strip out was complete, the interiors were finished with a fresh white paint finish, creating bright, neutral spaces that allow prospective tenants to easily visualise their own layouts and branding.
