Extension & Full Renovation

This project involved a full transformation of the property through the construction of a new ground floor extension and the reconfiguration of several internal spaces to create a bright, open and modern living environment.

The works began with the removal of existing structural internal walls, supported with temporary propping while new structural supports and load-bearing pads were installed. This enabled the creation of new day space, dining and snug areas that flow seamlessly into the existing home.

A new extension was constructed, including new walling, a complete roof structure, coverings and Velux windows to maximise natural light. New windows and doors were installed to enhance the overall layout and improve the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Internally, all new areas were prepared for decoration, with skirting, architraves and internal doors fitted to complete the finish. Plumbing and electrical works were carried out throughout, including the installation of underfloor heating. Externally, the new structure was finished with updated fascia, soffit and guttering for long-term durability and a cohesive appearance.

This comprehensive extension and refurbishment has significantly increased the property’s footprint and created a high-quality, contemporary living space designed for modern family living.
