Renovation & Reconfiguration

This project involved a full reconfiguration of two bedrooms to create modern, functional, and beautifully finished en-suite spaces, along with a new dressing area and upgraded internal finishes throughout.

The works included the removal of existing en-suites and studwork to allow for a new layout based on the client’s design drawings. A new en-suite was formed for Bedroom 2, complete with fitted sanitaryware, shower tray, and aqua-panel wall boards for a durable, watertight finish. Bedroom 1 was transformed to include a new en-suite and a purpose-built walk-in closet, with bespoke IKEA wardrobes installed and finished with custom infills for a seamless look.

All new walls and ceilings were plastered and skimmed, with new oak doors, matching ironmongery, Burford skirting, and architraves fitted throughout the upgraded areas. Energy-efficient LED downlights and extractor fans were installed across both en-suites, bedrooms, and the closet to enhance light and ventilation.

Finishing touches included fresh painting throughout, new tiling, and overboarding of ceilings for a smooth, contemporary appearance.

The completed works have transformed the upstairs layout into a luxurious and cohesive suite of rooms - blending thoughtful design with precision craftsmanship for a stylish and practical home improvement.
