Rear Extension

This project involved a full reconfiguration and extension of the existing kitchen, alongside extensive external renovation works to refresh and modernise the property.

Internally, we restructured the kitchen and adjoining utility area, removing two internal walls to create a more spacious and open layout. A timber frame extension was constructed to extend the footprint, allowing for a brighter, more functional family kitchen space. Existing electrics and plumbing were adapted, and a new door was installed to complement the updated design.

Externally, the property received a complete facelift. The porch area was plastered and rendered, while the entire exterior was re-rendered and finished with a clean, durable top coat. All walls were treated with a fungicidal wash before repainting to ensure longevity and a flawless finish.

Additional works included the re-laying of the driveway areas and installation of new slabs, providing a refreshed and tidy entrance to the home.

This combination of internal transformation and external refurbishment has completely revitalised the property, blending practicality and style to deliver a high-quality finish throughout.
