External Refurbishment & Finishing Works

This project focused on enhancing and protecting the exterior of the property through a series of detailed refurbishment works.

The team completed full upgrades to the soffits, fascias, and guttering at the front of the property, ensuring long-term durability and a crisp, refreshed appearance. The existing dry verge system was repaired and improved, providing a neat and weather-resistant finish to the roofline.

All window frames and the front door were carefully prepared and repainted to restore their appearance and complement the overall look of the home. Additional render work was carried out to the rear elevation, improving both the aesthetic and weather protection of the external walls.

These updates have significantly improved the property’s exterior condition and visual appeal, providing a clean, modern finish that will stand the test of time.
