Office Refurbishment

This project involved a full refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing office space to create a clean, modern, and functional working environment.

Externally, the building was refreshed with new signage, resprayed doors, repainted canopies, stained cladding, and improved rainwater goods for a more durable and attractive finish.

Inside, the lobby was upgraded with a new plasterboard ceiling and recessed lighting, along with full redecoration for a brighter, more welcoming entrance. The first floor was reconfigured to form an open-plan office area, with a new steel beam installed to support structural changes. The kitchen was redesigned for a streamlined layout, and an archive room was created with custom racking.

Mechanical and electrical updates included new lighting, repositioned heaters and radiators, and adjustments to existing fire alarm and air conditioning systems.

The completed works have transformed the space into a professional and efficient office environment, ready to meet modern business needs.
