Two Storey Side Extension, New Kitchen & Bathroom

Another big project completed, and what a transformation!

We started by removing the old garage to make space for a brand-new two-storey extension. After clearing the site, we dug out the foundations, laid new underground drainage, and poured the concrete base to set everything up properly.

Next, we got the walls up for the new extension, installed steel beams for extra strength, and laid the floor for the second storey. We also created a new opening for the new bedroom and carefully stripped back part of the old roof to tie everything together. The new roof section was hand-cut, tiled, and blended seamlessly into the original house.

Inside, things really came together. We added a brand-new bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fully plasterboarded and painted. The old kitchen was stripped out and replaced with a much larger, modern kitchen - giving the heart of the home a huge upgrade. We also added a small downstairs bathroom, a new en-suite, and some clever closet space between the new bedroom and en-suite.

To finish things off, we installed a new garage door and a stylish new front door. The exterior walls were re-rendered and painted, giving the whole house a fresh, clean look.

This project was a big one, but seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding. Another happy client and another home completely transformed!
